Я не бачу жодного недоліку в сімейному бізнесі. Чоловік та дружина мають єдину мету, вони працюють разом на «спільну кишеню», йдуть увесь час поруч і перебувають в однаковому становищі, хай там що б сталося. Чи не це мета подружжя – ділити разом успіхи й невдачі? Працюючи разом, пара отримує більше часу і можливостей для цього. Зазвичай абстрактні мінуси в цьому виді бізнесу шукають ті, хто не досить відповідально поставився до вибору своєї другої половини. Якщо така проста (підкреслюю – проста!) річ, як розбіжності в бізнесі, можуть убити родину, значить, цю родину може вбити що завгодно. І ті сімейні пари, які розпадаються через «проблеми в бізнесі», просто «звалюють» на бізнес взаємну несумісність. Якщо ж люди вміють знаходити спільну мову в сім’ї, вони і в бізнесі, і в інших сферах зможуть вирішити будь-яке питання.
Водночас помиляються й ті, хто вважає, що в подружньому бізнесі не буває проблем. Але якщо ви знаєте, куди і навіщо йдете, і ваша мета для вас важлива, ви знайдете в собі сили навіть у пікові моменти пересердитися, поговорити й домовитися. Якщо ж після розмови привід для люті не зникне, потрібно буде прийняти непросте рішення. Але в 90% випадків після відвертої розмови чоловік та дружина продовжують працювати. Оскільки 90% проблем, які ми пов’язуємо з іншою людиною, виникають за смішних обставин: поганий настрій, голод, роздратованість і т.?п.
Однак чимало подружніх союзів не можуть домогтися ефективної взаємодії в бізнесі. Що, на Ваш погляд, є підґрунтям успішного і довгострокового бізнес-партнерства між подружжям?
Усе залежить від того, як подружжя планує просуватися до наміченої мети. Партнери не повинні змагатися або виявляти й доводити лідерство одне перед одним. Усе це з успіхом можна зробити в боротьбі з конкурентами на ринку або у взаєминах із персоналом. Безумовно, питання, хто і як прийматиме остаточне рішення, є принциповим: це впливає як на ефективність бізнесу, так і на стосунки подружжя. Але єдино правильне рішення може бути прийняте тільки в тому разі, якщо чоловік та дружина вміють домовлятися, не соромляться просити і готові відгукнутися на прохання. Якщо з цим немає проблем, не важливо – хто прийматиме рішення. Також немає значення, коли ви обговорюватимете ключові питання – до чи після створення бізнесу, або ж, наприклад, як будете передомовлятися надалі. Головне, щоб обидві сторони мали щире прагнення домовитися, обрати не персональне рішення, а найкраще для конкретної ситуації. Виходячи з цього, двом лідерам необхідно просто розподілити повноваження й домовитися, хто і на яких підставах у спірному питанні приймає остаточне рішення. Ми з чоловіком прожили і пропрацювали разом 14 чудових років. Багато в чому це стало можливим завдяки тому, що ми не стали доводити одне одному свою силу та вищість: кожен із нас удосконалював власні переваги.
Як Ви прийшли до ідеї створити сімейний бізнес?
До «Каміон-Оіл» я разом із партнерами керувала великим бізнесом. І невідомо, як склалася б моя бізнес-кар’єра, якби не один нюанс: 1993 р. заднім числом вийшла постанова про сплату ПДВ на бартерні операції за попередній рік. Ми не змогли миттєво вилучити з обігу необхідні кошти і вирішили закрити справу. Красиво розійтися не вийшло, тому я була впевнена, що в майбутньому завжди працюватиму тільки самостійно. Але у справу втрутився випадок. Мій чоловік Олександр Парканський попросив мене проконсультувати його з деяких питань ведення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, на якій я спеціалізувалася. Незабаром нам стало ясно, що разом ми продуктивні і – як два лідери – безпечні одне для одного. Ми відчули, що нам обом подобається працювати на «спільну кишеню». І замислилися: чи чекати нам тих вигаданих пресою і психологами міфічних проблем, яких ми тоді боялися, чи все ж таки варто спробувати? І ми ризикнули.
Чи виправдалися Ваші побоювання тією чи іншою мірою?
Ні, мене все влаштовувало. Подобалося ввечері обговорювати те, як минув робочий день, подобалося, що ми обоє розуміли, про що йде мова. Подобалося, що, коли ти приходиш додому, чоловік розуміє, чому ти втомилася. Я взагалі люблю товариство – це для мене природний стан. При цьому я дуже ціную самотність – це інший прекрасний стан. Зараз я не проміняю спокійну самотність на посереднє спільне життя. Але якщо в мене з’явиться змога жити прекрасним спільним життям, я не триматимуся за самотність.
Зважаючи на невдалий досвід розставання з партнерами, чи оформлювали Ви корпоративний договір із чоловіком щодо умов управління, володіння і можливого розподілу бізнесу?
Ні. У мене є особистий принцип, який суперечить законам класичного менеджменту. Я вважаю, що якщо мене людина хоче обдурити, то вона це зробить, хай навіть я оформлю договір. А в іншому разі договір просто не потрібен. Я завжди дотримую слова, незалежно від того, чи поставлений мій підпис у документі чи ні. Екс-чоловік цілком поділяє мої погляди. Звичайно, були й розчарування: одного разу мене обдурила людина, якій я абсолютно довіряла. Я замислилася: а чи готова я через один такий випадок зрадити свої переконання? Виявилося, що не готова, оскільки впевнена, що хороших і чесних людей значно більше, ніж дріб’язкових і підлих. З погляду класичного менеджменту це неправильно. Але я живу саме так.
Скільки знадобилося часу для того, щоби Ваш бізнес став на ноги?
Ми «піднялися» всього за 4 роки. Ніхто не міг припустити, що за такий короткий період ми станемо серйозними гравцями на ринку продажу моторних масел із торговою маркою Liqui moly. Так, упродовж перших чотирьох років ми мали подвійний щорічний приріст. Завдяки злагодженості дій легко пережили кризу 98?го року: наші підходи до бізнесу і вміння оперативно адаптуватися до умов дозволили уже за 3 місяці від її початку зітхнути з полегшенням. Подвійне падіння продажів змусило нас пропорційно згорнути витрати та значно активізувати маркетинг і збут. Завдяки цьому ми змогли відновити оборот, а відтак повернутися до звичних витрат. Лише за рік ми досягли рівня продажів липня 98?го, тоді як переважна більшість компаній кілька років мріяли про досягнення показників 98?го року. Відтоді щорічно прибутки компанії зростали на 30?40%. Усе це стало можливим тільки тому, що ми були «подружжям-командою».
Як гадаєте, пані Ольго, що саме дозволило Вам із чоловіком досягти таких результатів?
На таку швидкість та якість прийняття складних рішень спроможне тільки подружжя, завдяки найбільш тісному контакту на вербальному, тактильному, емоційному і решті можливих рівнях. Я знаю, як міркував мій чоловік, якою була його думка від самого початку, як вона змінювалася в процесі тощо. При цьому немає потреби гаяти час на обґрунтування, переконання – усе й так зрозуміло. І ще один важливий момент: у подружньому бізнесі ні я, ні чоловік не почувалися самотньо під час прийняття найважливіших стратегічних рішень. Звичайні бізнес-партнери від самотності не рятують. У кращому разі з ними почуваєшся у більшій безпеці, ніж коли ти сам. Тому в подружньому бізнесі вдвічі легше ризикувати.
Як довго тривало таке взаєморозуміння і що стало причиною його втрати?
Воно тривало досить довго – 14 років. Що стало причиною – не знаю. Формально на певному етапі розвитку компанії перед нами постала необхідність уведення нового напряму діяльності. Ми розуміли, що в тій ситуації впровадження нової ТМ в межах однієї компанії означало б обмеження зростання. І вирішили, що вже достатньо міцні для самостійного ведення бізнесу. Зрештою я залишилася в «Каміон-Оіл», а чоловік зайнявся просуванням ТМ «Бізол». Чому? Тому що створювати нову компанію завжди важче, з його боку це було нормальне чоловіче рішення, причім прийняв він його так само просто, як у будь-якій родині зазвичай вирішують, йти до кінотеатру чи зоопарку.
Чи можна сказати, що це розділення стало головною або однією з причин припинення подружнього бізнесу?
Ні. Наше розлучення і подальші корекції ділових відносин не мають до бізнесу жодного стосунку. Чому ми працювали разом, я знаю. Чому ми п очали працювати окремо, важко сказати. Ми всі звикли думати, що все нове створюється назавжди. Але це не так. У нас є шматок часу, коли ми найпродуктивніші одне для одного з усіх поглядів, і ми повинні отримати з цього максимум користі. Але якщо з якоїсь причини цей етап закінчився, потрібно подякувати і йти далі.
Як Ви вважаєте, завдяки чому Вам вдалося зберегти спільний бізнес?
Якщо обидві людини підходять до шлюбу правильно, то вони не тільки будуть щасливі в ньому, а й зможуть по?людськи розійтися і за необхідності співпрацювати вже поза шлюбом. Наш родинний союз ґрунтувався на любові. І в нас не могло бути іншого варіанта розставання – ми розійшлися полюбовно.
Крім того, ми розуміли, що обоє цінуємо дві речі. Ми любимо одне одного (у широкому сенсі цього слова) і любимо гроші, тому що сприймаємо їх як можливість для самопрояву. У нас не було завдання «поховати» одне одного. Ми розуміли, що потрібно зберегти те, що приносить прибуток. Ми були розумними, системними й усвідомлювали, що насправді маємо бути вдячні одне одному: щось було – закінчилося, щось є – залишилося, щось буде нове – добре!
Чи коригували Ви договірну документацію після розлучення з чоловіком?
Ні. Ми довіряємо одне одному.
Ви сказали, що подружжю на якомусь етапі необхідно передомовлятися. Ви передомовлялися?
Так. Ми запитали одне одного: чи ми хочемо зруйнувати бізнес? Відповіли хором: ні! Ми будемо сваритися через те, хто вестиме бізнес? Поміркували й сказали: ні! Ми гроші любимо більше, ніж амбіції. Тому роль керівника потрібно доручити тому, хто з цим краще впорається. Було прийнято спільне рішення залишити мене керівником, тому що для нашого бізнесу це більш функціонально. А амбіції можна задовольнити багатьма іншими способами.
Чи готові Ви знову створювати подружній бізнес?
Не просто готова – я би дуже цього хотіла.
Чи припускалися Ви серйозних помилок, яких хотіли б уникнути в новому сімейному бізнесі?
Так, була одна помилка. На самому початку я не приділила належної уваги питанню міжособистісних стосунків. Тобто ми визначили план ведення бізнесу, але жодного разу не говорили про те, як чинити в разі, якщо в нас виникнуть труднощі в особистому житті. Якщо я матиму змогу виправити цю помилку в майбутньому, я домовлятимуся про стратегічні речі. А всі тактичні питання ми як партнери завжди вирішимо в процесі діяльності.
