Деньги производит не корпорация а бизнес-юниты. Руководят бизнес-юнитами конкретные люди. Хорошая практика спрашивать с тех кто не приносит деньги. Даже при всем моем сверхдолгосрочном подходе 3 отчетных периода – это максимальный срок, который я могу терпеть невыполнение плана по денежному потоку. Если больше, то может не выдержать сама корпорация:)!
Абрикос в Одессе – это здорово. Всех интересуют изделия заказываемые лично хозяйкой. Деньги в Одессе есть. Если добавить немного маркетинга, то результат будет. Место вроде тоже отличное – возле Оперного. Но самое главное – это люди. Кто руководит, кто работает. Как соблюдаются принципы владельца. Обычно именно в этом пункте мы спотыкаемся чаще всего. Так давайте быть более требовательными к себе – и это нас сделает свободными быть более требовательными к окружающим!!!
